Community Health Development Worker – Hampshire Healthy Families (Barnardo's)

37 hours per week (fixed term until 31/3/2027). Post covering Eastleigh and Romsey, part of Team 2 which also includes the New Forest.

Term‑time hours or reduced hours may be considered for the right candidate.

About the Organisation

Hampshire Healthy Families is a partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting and School Nursing Service and Barnardo's to deliver the healthy child programme across Hampshire. Barnardo's delivers the community part of the programme, including courses, workshops and short courses.
