We Code24 is a hacker-style coding movement for high school learners in under-resourced schools. Our work happens in coding clubs at schools across the Western Cape — and we want to keep the energy alive and growing.

This role is about presence. Being on the ground at club visits, and active online where learners share their work. You’ll help tell the story of what’s happening, support clubs, share great work, and bring that spark of momentum that helps everything grow.

It’s a mix of fieldwork, communication, and content — part people-person, part organiser.

You’ll have clear direction, but you won’t be micromanaged. Sometimes roles shift to meet what’s needed. If you’re resourceful, adaptable, and good with people — you’ll thrive here.
