The **Community Engagement Navigator** is a mobile, person‑centered, community‑impact role designed for someone who believes in the power of dignity, inclusion, and possibility. In this position, you’ll support brain injury survivors as they rebuild skills, confidence, and independence. You’ll empower individuals to explore meaningful community living options, make informed choices, and actively shape the lives they want to lead. By forming authentic, trusting relationships, and learning each person’s story, you’ll help connect them with and maintain connections with vital community resources— including public benefits (health care, housing, transportation, financial security, food security), technology, volunteerism, employment, and social, leisure, and recreation opportunities.
