This role is responsible for driving community participation, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the NGO’s visibility and impact through inclusive and sustainable engagement initiatives.

Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement plans aligned with the organization’s mission and program goals
Identify and prioritize target communities, stakeholders, and partners
Design initiatives that foster participation, inclusion, and trust
