Assist in serving pre-packed medication and support client health monitoring and assessments. Aid in meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary needs are met. Help implement and monitor the Initiate Care Plan (ICP) and support clients in distress, including those with dementia. Conduct assessments such as the Modified Barthel Index (MBI) and perform basic Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Plan and facilitate structured and interactive activities for clients. Assist with Passive Range of Motion exercises (PROM) and implement individual therapy programs. Provide escort duties and build strong rapport with clients and their family members. Participate in cleaning and disinfecting tasks to maintain a safe environment. Participate in and support centre events to enhance community engagement. Requirements
