Community CAMHS Specialty Doctor

Position: Community CAMHS Specialty (SAS) Doctor. Fixed term 6 months with potential review for an additional 6 months to cover maternity leave. Full‑time 10 Programmed Activities (PA), 8 Direct Clinical Contact activities (DCC), and 2 Supporting Professional Activities (SPA).

Location: 79 Axe Street, Barking (IG11 7LZ). Part of the Barking and Dagenham CAMHS Community Team.

Responsibilities

• Act as an autonomous, registered practitioner accountable for unsupervised actions, guided by professional code of conduct and Trust guidelines.
• Maintain full GMC registration and licence to practice.
• Deliver service to clients/patients: assess, develop care plans, manage chronic, acute and palliative care within competencies, and evaluate outcomes.
