Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/tenants with inquiries, requests, and service coordination
- Support community events, activities, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain records of resident interactions and service requests
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and management teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, or hospitality is an advantage
