**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced  **Communication Specialist**  with a strong background in aviation operations and flight procedures to support communication and outreach activities for initiatives within the  **Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)** . This position plays a key role in shaping and delivering communications that inform, educate, and engage diverse stakeholders about safety, efficiency, and capacity improvements across the  **National Airspace System (NAS)** .

The ideal candidate will combine aviation expertise with exceptional communication skills to effectively translate complex technical, operational, and policy concepts into clear, compelling, and accessible information for multiple audiences—including government agencies, industry partners, and the general public.
