MECCA’s Communications team plays a key role in keeping our Customer Care team informed, connected and empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to support internal and customer-facing communications across Customer Care, while helping drive alignment with our other frontline teams.
The Role You Could Play:
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will help develop and support Customer Care communication strategy, helping drive alignment across MECCA’s frontline teams. You will:
Manage Customer Care internal communications across channels including newsletters, Microsoft Teams, town halls, EDMs and leadership updates
Develop customer-facing communications including templates, key messaging, knowledge base content and escalation responses
