Role: The Communications Manager will report directly to the President. The role leads and coordinates communications for the organization, including relevant affiliated entities and in alignment with corporate messages and standards, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communications across all key stakeholders.
The role provides strategic counsel to mine site management to ensure compliance with communications-related requirements, particularly through the development and implementation of information, education and communication (IEC) programs and community relations communications. It oversees internal communications alignment across company and affiliated entities, manages external communications, media relations, and PR agency/related contracts, and supports CSR communications and government relations communications for permits and other applicable government documents.
