Position Overview
As a Communications Coordinator, you’ll use your storytelling skills to drive awareness of the Redfin mission, our unique technology, and everything else that sets Redfin apart. You will also set our team up for success through maintaining and improving a variety of essential administrative tasks.
**About the Role**
+ Track, catalog and analyze both Redfin coverage and competitor coverage while consistently looking for ways to optimize processes for accuracy and efficiency
+ Draft press releases and pitch Redfin reports to local media outlets
+ Draft press briefing documents for spokespeople
+ Research how the media is covering housing, including insights for the rental market
+ Keep team updated on relevant industry events, emerging media platforms and more
+ Update media lists and identify new reporters to pitch
**About You**
+ 1-2 years of full-time PR or communications experience
