Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Creates and delivers internal communications content, including intranet, newsletters, and digital signage
+ Works with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the companyβs goals and values
+ Monitors and measures the effectiveness of internal communications, and recommends improvements based on feedback and data analysis
+ Supports change management efforts through clear and timely communications
+ Maintains internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic goals
+ Assists with crisis communications
+ Other duties as assigned
