• Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, financial reports and analysis to support business operations and management decision-making.
• Support payment processing activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and approval policies.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow, funding requirements and the overall financial position of the Company.
• Assist with GST and corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and external audit coordination.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal controls and financial procedures.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by Management.
