Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. BOM & Requirement Management - Review customer BOM and ensure compliance with Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Validate part numbers, specifications, and sourcing feasibility
- Manage BOM updates driven by ECO / PCN changes
- Support RFQ activities including cost roll-up and lead time analysis
2. Sourcing & RFQ Management - Source materials including: Electronic components (ICs, semiconductors, connectors, etc.) Mechanical/fabrication parts (CNC machining, sheet metal, tooling, plastic injection, die casting)
- Prepare and manage RFQs based on BOM and technical drawings (2D/3D)
- Perform cost comparison, lead time analysis, and supplier capability evaluation
- Identify and propose alternate parts or suppliers with engineering approval
3. Purchasing Execution (PO Management) - Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP system
