We’re seeking someone to join our Singapore Commodities Trade Support (TSG) team and will be responsible for trade capturing, processing trade lifecycle events, reconciling, monitoring, and resolving trade exceptions for the Commodities business. The role also involves resolving and escalating trade‑related queries and issues in conjunction with the regional trade support team and engaging directly with the sales and trading desks in Singapore. The individual will report to the team manager based in Singapore and work closely with the TSG teams in the region.

This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within Product Support & Services.

• Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout
• Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams
• Monitor and process trade lifecycle events
• Control, reconcile, and resolve trade processing exceptions
