About the role
We are looking to recruit a Commissioning Officer to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.
On a day to day basis you will:
Provide commissioning and brokerage advice in relation to internally and externally provided social care services on behalf of Ceredigion County Council.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including providers, Health Board and care management teams.Provide an effective and efficient brokerage service and arrange the delivery of external provider services in a cost effective manner that meets the specified requirements and assessed needs.
