Develops and submit a Commissioning SHE Plan Ensure sthat safety requirements and standards for Commissioning activities are drafted, agreed and firmly in place well before these commissioning activities commence Introduces a full operational Permit to Work (PTW) System and Lock Out / Tag Out process (LOTO) when starting Pre-Commissioning Phase. Ensures compliance with electrical safety rules (e.g. Ger: NAN, VDE ; Nl: NEN, OESS) during Testing and Commissioning activities.
