The
Commissary Supervisor directs and coordinates the functions and activities of
the warehouse and commissary operation. This includes inventory management and the supervision of staff and
inmate/resident workers.

+ Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, supervises and directs all aspects of the facility commissary operations. This includes the use of an organized purchasing system in keeping with company policy and procedure; ordering sufficient stock for sale; accurate receipt, routing and storage of goods received in accordance with appropriate sanitation standards and applicable codes.
