About the role
Commissary Production Staff to join our dynamic team at Thai Mango by Chef Kim in Parañaque City . As a full-time production staff, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling and packaging food items while adhering to food quality, food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
What you'll be doing
- Assemble and package fresh/finished food products according to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintains clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Ability to understand and meet standards for health, safety, and food policy.
- Adhere to the details of the operation, including all operating standards, food standards, service standards, and policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with commissary and kitchen staff.
- Other duties and tasks assigned by the manager.
