Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily commissary operations and food production

- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and cost control

Qualifications
- A graduate of any business, food-related, or hospitality course is an advantage
- Experience in commissary, food production, or restaurant operations management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory, food safety, and operational procedures
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
