Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and rotated according to food safety standards
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently
- Support senior chefs in daily mise en place and service
- Comply with all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Help with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements - Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
