The role supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and ensures smooth workflow within the section.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine dishes according to recipes and company standards.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, marinades, and garnishes.
- Support senior chefs during food service operations.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and attractively.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
