The Escapade Commis Chef will support the culinary team in food preparation and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence. The role serves as a stepping stone for individuals who aspire build a career as a chef at Escapade and beyond.

To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience.
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. Follow recipes, portion control and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency. Ensure that all ingredients and equipment are prepared and organised ready for service. Set up workstations with the necessary tools, utensils and ingredients.
