Position Overview
1. 在主厨指导下完成风味餐厅菜品的切配、烹制及出品工作;
2. 严格遵守食品安全与厨房操作规范,保持岗位整洁与设备安全;
3. 协助食材验收、库存盘点及基础成本记录;
4. 参与新品试做及季节性菜单支持工作;
5. 配合团队高效完成营业时段出餐任务。
1. 风味餐饮或酒店后厨工作经验;
2. 掌握基本刀工、火候、调味及酱汁制作技能;
3. 具备食品安全常识,无不良从业记录;
4. 责任心强,能适应弹性工作时间,服从团队协作安排。
