Key Responsibilities

+ Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of banquet meals according to hotel standards.
+ Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and appearance.
+ Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and banquet event preparations.
+ Maintain proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
+ Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and cooking stations as directed.
+ Monitor food stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
