Our client, a successful upmarket Western style restaurant group is looking for a professional Commis 1 - Bakery & Pastry who is responsible for assisting in the production and preparation of a wide variety of baked goods and pastries, ensuring that they meet the culinary standards of the establishment. This role requires creativity, organization, and a keen attention to detail to ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality.
As a key member of the bakery team, the Commis 1 will support the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef in achieving daily production goals, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding safety and hygiene standards.
