What You'll Do?
Prepare and organize ingredients for daily service, ensuring they meet our high standards of freshness and quality. Assist in cooking and preparing dishes following established recipes and guidelines, under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen. Support the team in maintaining an efficient and well-stocked kitchen, ensuring proper ingredient storage and stock rotation. Assist with the presentation and plating of dishes, ensuring they meet visual and quality standards. Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery. Participate in ongoing training sessions to continue refining your culinary knowledge and techniques. Help with additional kitchen tasks, as needed, to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
