Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis – Burgers to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare burger ingredients, sauces, patties, buns, and side items as per brand standards.
- Assist in cooking and assembling burgers according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Follow FIFO, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Support senior chefs during busy operations and peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and portion control.
