We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis 1 to join our culinary team for our award winning French Brasserie & Bar - Couqley Downtown Dubai.

You will be responsible for assisting the head chefs of the kitchen by fulfilling the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the main kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie and SousChefas required
• Communicate to the Head Chef any updates on the operation external or internal customer comments and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
• Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
• 2 years of proven experience as a Commis for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant
