Position Overview

As a Commis 1 Butcher at The Lana Dubai you will assist in the preparation and processing of meats, ensuring high quality and maintaining hygiene standards. You will work under the supervision of the Head Butcher and support menu creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of meats according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meats (beef, poultry, seafood).
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations and maintain inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of the butchery area and butchery tools.
