**Your Day to Day**

As a Commis I, you will assist in the kitchen operations to ensure that all food is served according to pre-determined methods of cooking and plating instructions as per the hotel standards.

**What We Need From You**

+ Previous experience as a Commis I or in a similar culinary role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant, preferably specializing in Arabic cuisine.
+ Sound knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workstation.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
