The Senior Commercial SiteManager is responsible overseeing the organisation's sites located across South Africa. The ideal candidate needs to ensure that their team deliver to the required group standard. The candidate is responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. The candidatewill also manage any building maintenance to maintain the working environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high working environment
• Overseeing the maintenance across all SA sites, ensuring that all SLAs are met.
• Managing the relationship with the Landlords for all SA properties as well as lease negotiations.
• Manage Planned Maintenance; and routine or reactive maintenance / security of limited complexity in assigned buildings.
