The Role

With our new Birmingham city centre office opening towards the end of 2023, we’re looking to grow our Commercial Valuations team and assist us with the next stage of our growth. Primarily you’ll be responsible for commercial valuations across the Midlands, have a keen sense for networking & ambition to develop our portfolio in the area and be comfortable managing a small team of Valuers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Valuer to take the next step and have the ownership of developing a local portfolio whilst being a part of a national team. We’re great believers in progression and this position has a clear and defined path ahead of it.
