**Summary**

The Centralized Commercial Lending – Renewal Team is searching for a Commercial Underwriter, Sr, responsible for evaluating loan applications based on established bank policies and procedures **. This position will primarily be for our renewal group.**

Candidate will evaluate the merits of any credit in the $1MM to $5MM range of exposure and either recommend a decision to a senior officer or use their own authority to decision the application. **Candidate should be comfortable underwriting and structured non-owner occupant / investment real estate properties.**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Review cash flows and Moody’s spreads prepared by the Credit Analyst, conduct in-depth analyses of financial information to form a recommendation of approval or denial of new loans in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures. Prepare Credit Ori...
