The management of the Engineering & Surety Portfolios
This role is responsible for providing market facing underwriting capabilities across all Engineering and Surety portfolios and to deliver on our customer value proposition.
Accountable for driving profitable growth through formulating and executing underwriting plans, Portfolio strategies, Customer strategies and Go-To-Market strategies.
Job Accountabilities
To conduct in-depth portfolio analysis to assess portfolio performance and identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities, and make strategic recommendations on how to approach these, taking into account market dynamics.
To work closely with actuaries, claims professionals, and other departments to ensure portfolio strategy aligns with broader company objectives,
To work with intermediaries to negotiate terms, gather feedback and gauge market dynamics.
