Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist the Commercial & Strategy team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
- Analyze information and data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Work on department marketing & branding activities.
- Develop impactful marketing articles, social media postings, email newsletters and networking events.
