Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
This role covers all administrative tasks related to sales & business development activities, including customer engagements, proposals & tender preparation, marketing initiatives, information & data management and other sales administrative roles in collaboration with other team members.
Tender, Proposal & Contract Scopes
- Assist the Commercial & Strategy team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Client Engagement
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Information & data management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
