Overview

The Client Executive-Commercial is responsible for administrative and securing sales for the company through leasing of company-owned commercial units by prospective clients. This position requires excellent customer service, familiarity with the properties to lease, study property listings, prospecting, negotiation, initiative, and an in-depth understanding of procedures. It provides support to the department in achieving targets and quotas. It evaluates what are the needs and intentions of both clients and investors to promote the brand well.
