About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing operations within SEZ, FTWZ, and 100% EOU environments, alongside a strong background in Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Global Trade Compliance
- Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance for FTWZ, Co-Developer, and SEZ Units in accordance with the SEZ Act, Customs Act, DGFT, GST/IGST laws, FEMA, and allied regulations.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and compliance frameworks for duty-free imports, bonded inventory management, and SEZ benefits utilization.
