**Commercial Roofer**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Commercial Roofer where you will assist in the installation and removal of various commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing (BUR). Your role will involve tear-off, material staging, and jobsite cleanup, as well as carrying and loading roofing materials, tools, and equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist foremen and skilled roofers with flashing, insulation, membrane installation, and detail work.
+ Follow OSHA safety standards, fall protection requirements, and company safety policies.
+ Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
+ Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
