Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
To maintain, service, rebuild, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all commercial restaurant, laundry related equipment, and refrigeration systems. Including, but not limited to bakery, production kitchen, propane and natural gas, and electrical equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and rehab all kitchen equipment back to manufacturer’s specifications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all refrigeration equipment including, but not limited to coolers, freezers, rack systems, water, air cooled and self-contained ice machines, ice cream machines, and keg coolers. glycol systems,
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all commercial gas and electric kitchen equipment including, but not limited to, washers, dryers’ fryers, steamers, and ovens such as pressure cookers, tilt skillets, commercial dish machines, combi-ovens, microwaves, stoves and conveyor type ovens, broilers, and espresso machines.
