Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
• Substantive dirt real estate background, including two or more of the following: acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and commercial finance
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• NY bar admission required
