Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase contracts, leases, easements, loan documents, and related real estate agreements
• Conduct due diligence on commercial transactions including title and survey review
• Prepare organizational and governing documents in connection with real estate deals
• Review and issue title commitments and title insurance policies on behalf of nationally recognized title companies
• Facilitate and manage the closing process for commercial real estate transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements throughout all phases of a transaction
