Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Analyst to support the management of a portfolio of 20 industrial and office properties located in the Western U. S. This role, reporting directly to the Commercial Asset Manager , is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in real estate asset management, particularly in areas such as budgeting, valuation, lease support, and financial performance tracking.
