The suitable candidate will be 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property and is happy to manage a broad caseload of commercial matters. The role includes: freehold and leasehold acquisitions charges and re-mortgages leases and renewals licenses to assign sub-letting and surrendering leases This is a hybrid based role with the opportunity to be completely remote for the right candidate.
