Location: Oldham

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

Experience: 5 years’ PQE

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor into its growing team in Oldham.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys running matters with autonomy, building strong client relationships, and working on a broad mix of commercial property work in a supportive, down‑to‑earth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion


• Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property


• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, renewals, licences and related documentation
