Service Care Legal are working with a leading and well-established Essex law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join their growing team. This is a case-handling position , offering autonomy, a high-quality caseload, and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive and reputable practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:

• Commercial leases (grant, renewal, assignment, and negotiation)
• Land development, including site acquisition and disposals
• Lease extensions
• Leasehold enfranchisement
• General commercial landlord & tenant work
• Supporting wider real estate and corporate transactions as required
