We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Property Manager on an initial 6-month fixed term contract basis to work in the UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Head of Property Management and play an integral role in the management of their mixed commercial portfolio.

Key Commercial Property Management responsibilities

• Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some mixed-use assets.
• Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.
• Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.
• Support the Asset Management team with developing the property and portfolio business plans, ensuring delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.
