**Commercial Painter**

Join a skilled team performing exterior painting, caulking, and building maintenance on commercial and industrial facilities. This role involves hands‑on work outdoors, at heights, and across various job sites.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Remove and replace exterior caulk on commercial/industrial buildings
+ Prep surfaces and apply commercial/industrial coatings
+ Use hand and power tools safely
+ Work on ladders, scaffolds, boom lifts, and swing stages
+ Set up work areas, protect surfaces, and clean job sites
+ Follow all safety procedures and report incidents
+ Travel reliably to job sites; occasional overnight travel in the Midwest

**What You Bring**

+ 2+ years of commercial caulking and/or painting experience
+ Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in all weather
+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
+ Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
