The Commercial Operations Analyst drives profitable growth through analytics, pricing insights, and sales execution support. This role partners with Sales and Finance to improve commercial performance, optimize pipeline management, and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Analytics & Strategy
• Analyze customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth and margin opportunities
• Assess share of wallet and customer usage trends to uncover expansion opportunities
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support data-driven commercial strategy
Pricing & Margin Optimization
• Identify pricing, mix, and volume levers to expand margin
• Support pricing decisions, deal evaluation, and discount governance
Salesforce (SFDC) & Pipeline Management
• Manage pipeline reporting, stage movement, and closed-won KPIs
